Sno(reo)wman & Xmas.


Ingredients:

260-270 gr. Soft Cream light

36 oreo cookies

400 gr. white chocolate

1 pack of small oreo cookies (48 pieces)

What we do:

Break down the cookies in a food processor. Then add the cheese and mix them with a processor or with your hands (there is a benefit of you licking them afterwards, to try your masterpiece).

Try to divide the “dough” to 48 little balls and put them on a baking sheet of paper to cool them in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, warm up the white chocolate and dip the balls in it , gently.

Put them back to their places (baking paper) and add a mini-oreo as a hat, before putting them back into the fridge, again.

If you are more advance, just do icing and add some eyes, nose and smile to their faces.

When the chocolate is cooled, you can enjoy them alone or with your friends.
